If you're unsure which treatment is right for you, we're always happy to help. You can browse our treatments online, or contact us before booking and we'll recommend the most suitable option based on your nails, preferences and the finish you're looking for.

Can I book hands and feet together?

Absolutely. Hands and feet can be booked together in the same appointment, subject to availability. If you'd like to enjoy both treatments during one visit, we recommend booking in advance so we can reserve enough time for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking in advance, particularly for evenings, weekends and appointments around special occasions. That said, if you're looking for an appointment sooner, it's always worth checking our availability — cancellations do occasionally become available.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We completely understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a £10 fee. The same fee applies to missed appointments.

Your card is only charged where the cancellation policy applies. We appreciate your understanding, as your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

Why do you require card details when booking?

No payment is taken when you make your appointment.

We simply ask for your card details to secure your booking. Your details are securely held and will only be used if our cancellation policy applies — for example, in the event of a no-show or a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice.

This allows us to protect appointment availability and offer our time fairly to all clients.

To maintain a calm and comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought to appointments unless they are required for accessibility or assistance.

Do Véra gift cards expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Véra Nail Studio gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

They can be used towards any treatment at Véra. If the full value is not used during one visit, the remaining balance can be retained for a future appointment within the validity period.
